South China Sea Dispute
Crisis
Description
The South China Sea Dispute is an ongoing crisis regarding the claim over the sea territory surrounded by China and other ASEAN countries. The reasoning for countries' territorial claims varies, however, the dispute is centred around the strategic control of the region, and a rich resource pool that comes along with it. A committee has been called upon in the hope to settle this dispute and quell tensions. The fate of this dispute shall be in the hands of the delegates!
